2025 Main Season Membership
Members will receive bags of vegetables from late June or early July to the first week in October. You will receive one bag of veggies per week (or every 2 weeks for part-time members) for 14 weeks total. Each bag contains veggies of an approximate value of $35 to $45, for an average value of $41 or more per week. You can register for membership on the Become a member page.
All veggie shares are paid for in the spring before the season starts. This advance payment allows us, to reduce some of the risks by financing the purchase of seeds and other inputs at the beginning of the season and by securing clientele.
What’s in the bag
Each bag will include 8 to 11 vegetables and herbs when available. Depending on the time of season the vegetables included in your basket will be :
- Arugula, green, yellow and purple beans, beets, bok choy, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, fennel, kale or swiss chard, lettuce or mesclun, microgreens, onions, peppers, potatoes, spinach, squashes, snow peas, sugar snap peas, cherry and regular size tomatoes, turnips, rutabagas, zucchinis and others.
- For the herbs, there will be a rotation between basil, cilantro, parsley, garlic scapes and others (including mint, oregano, thyme and chives).

Exchange box
I will rotate the veggies in the bags as much as possible to provide you with the most variety possible on a small-scale vegetable farm. But I understand that personal tastes can differ; for that reason, I will provide, when possible, a box with extra vegetables where you can exchange an item from your bag for something your prefer. There might not be any swap box at the beginning and end of the season, but we will do our best to provide one most weeks.
Where do I pick up my bag of vegetables?
You can pick up your bag of vegetables at O’Brien Farm on a predefined day and time.
Once you reserve your share for the season, I will send you an email with all the information regarding exact pick up location and time.
